Stage Dining - The Ultimate Celebration
FAQ

Q: For how long will we be Stage Dining?

A: The estimate is 2 hours, from 11:00 to 13:00 (11am to 1pm). To ensure a wholesome collective dining experience, we sincerely hope you will be able to attend for the full stretch.

Q: When should we arrive?

A: Please be in due time as there will be many fellow stage diners to seat. And remember to find the color entrance corresponding to the color of the zone you purchased ticket for.

Q: What is the difference between the different colored zones?

A: The Stage Dining area is divided into five zones: red, green, yellow, blue, purple. This is to facilitate as quick and efficient a seating of the many stage diners as possible. Each zone will have its own entrance. Therefore, if you want to be seated in the same zone as your friends, please make sure to buy tickets for the same zone. However, while we will do our utmost to ensure that you will be seated together, if you arrive together AND have bought tickets in the same zone, we cannot guarantee it.

Q: If I arrive before my friends, can I reserve seats for them?

A: Due to the logistical challenge of seating a lot of people, we suggest that you arrive with those you want to be seated with. While we will do our utmost to ensure that you will be seated together if you arrive together AND have bought tickets in the same zone, we cannot guarantee it.

Q: How are the seating arrangements?

A: All stage diners will be seated on chairs at long tables in five zones.

Q: What do I need to bring and do?

A: We are hoping for sun, so please bring sunscreen and sunglasses.

In the sustainable spirit of the event, we will not distribute plastic water bottles, so please bring your own water.

Anything else? Well, it’s up to you - but celebration rhymes with something colourful, doesn’t it? Maybe if you’re seated in the blue zone, it could be something blue, for the yellow zone, something yellow etc… but it’s entirely up to you!

Q: What’s the dress code?

A: It’s entirely up to you! For some, celebration rhymes with colourful outfits, for others, it’s gumboots and sunglasses. Maybe if you’re seated in the blue zone, it could be something blue, for the yellow zone, something yellow etc… but it’s entirely up to you! We don’t care - be creative, be yourself, beware, as long as you’re there!

Q: Is it wheelchair accessible?

A: As an inclusive event, the stage dining will of course be wheel chair accessible. Please contact us via stagedining@spisrubogstub.dk and we will accommodate your needs.

Q: Who are the chefs?

A: We can’t reveal everything all at once, what’s the fun in that, right? But stay tuned and follow us on Facebook and Instagram for more news as we get closer to the festival...

Q: What is the menu?

A: To preserve the element of surprise and to give the chefs complete creative freedom, we cannot reveal the complete menu. The menu is vegetarian, there will be five servings and two drinks, one with alcohol and one without.

Q: I’m vegetarian/vegan. Will there be a vegetarian/vegan option?

A: The menu is vegetarian. There is unfortunately not a separate vegan menu option.

Q: I have food allergies. Is it possible to adjust the menu accordingly?

A: Due to the size of the event, it is unfortunately not possible to tailor the menu to accommodate allergies. One important fact is that the menu is vegetarian. If you have specific questions about allergens, please email us at stagedining@spisrubogstub.dk

Q: Will the event be recorded on video, photo etc.?

A: Yes! Our own video team and photographers will be documenting all of Stage Dining 2022 - and please document away yourself (remember #stagedining).

When you buy tickets for the event, you consent to us using photos and video of you from the event on our social media platforms, websites and media outlets. If you do not want us to use photos and videos of you from the event, please let us know during the event.

If you are from a media outlet, please contact us if you are interested in covering the event.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket?

A: No. We will scan tickets, so as long as your smartphone is charged and the ticket is visible on its screen, you’re good to go.

Q: What if it rains?

A: Don’t worry. Previously we have had a tent set up in front of the Orange Stage to protect all the stage diners from the rain. We can’t tell you what we’ve got up our sleeve this year - but it’s safe to say we’ve got you covered, but remember to dress accordingly.

Q: How do I get the important news and updates

A: Follow the Stage Dining Facebook-page. All important news and updates will be posted there.

Q: Does my ticket automatically give me access to the festival?

A: No. So without a separate Roskilde Festival ticket purchased through the Festival’s official channels, it is unfortunately not possible to take part in Stage Dining this year.

Q: What are the ticket terms and conditions?

A: Purchased tickets will only be refunded in case of cancellation. This means that you cannot get a refund or change your purchased tickets, unless Stage Dining will for some reason not take place. For more info on this, please read madbillet.dk’s terms and conditions

If you are not sure yet, whether you will be stage dining, it is unfortunately not possible to reserve tickets. So our best advice is to buy your ticket as soon as possible. Before you know it, they might be sold out!

Q: I have more questions!How do I contact you?

A: Write to us at stagedining@spisrubogstub.dk or via our Facebook-page, and we will get back you ASAP!
